The Three Blind Mice really can't see

If you're wondering about why the judges would have
three Inquiry's in one night and not place any horses.
It may be because, as the Red Mile judges say it best
................. "WE CAN'T SEE".
These same judges disagreed with putting a broken
equipment symbol on the program of a horse that
raced on a flat tire.
How do you do it? How do these judges not chart
broken equipment for a flat tire? They said and I quote
them, "WE CAN'T SEE IT (the flat tire) FROM UP
HERE." They saw the horse make a break that step
on the tire, but they couldn't see the flat. They even
flash the Inquiry sign up for the horse that broke
stride.
The judges asked, "Why didn't you file an objection?"
Well, that actually happened three weeks ago under
the same judges. A horse sitting in the two hole, on
that night, tip out and while doing so stepped on a
wheel and flatten the tire. Might I add, at the quarter
pole. An objection was filed and disallowed, and the
out come of this one? The judge said and I quote,
"WE CAN'T SEE IT". Every race is different, but the
answer is still the same, "WE CAN'T SEE IT".
We do have a question for The Red Mile judges:
Since you didn't see any reason to put broken
equipment on the charted line. And, didn't see any
violations with the three Inquiry's that you posted.
WHAT DID YOU SEE? Surely, one of you must have
seen something. WHAT DID YOU SEE? Or was you
watching Deal or No Deal?
We do understand though. They had other priorities
like - measuring the length of driver's whips and
checking to make sure everyone had their safety vests
on (after the fact).
With today's technology, there is hope for The Three
Blind Mice. Lasik surgery can fix their eyesight. As
for their mental state of mind. That would be fo-eva.
You can't fix that.
In short, without a broken equipment placed on the
charted line, it simply means, the betting public won't
know about it. But hey, we're not talking about the
betting public here.......Are we?
