What is the customer's  best interest?
8/22/07 KyHarnessRacing.com

We are living in the 21st century. Or, are we? Race
fixing...horse doping is a perception that is wide
spread today, in the publics' view.

Who is looking out for the customers?
    Who are the customers?
    Aren't they...The Betting Public?
What statement has been made to our customers?
Is it...We are looking out for our customers best
    interest? Is it really...OR NOT?

When a drug has been found to have no therapeutic
benefit, one may then wonder....Why is there testing
for that drug? This is the kind of question the
    customer has.

Who is looking out for the CUSTOMER (THE
BETTING PUBLIC)? When someone is caught red
handed or it's as simple as black and white, and the
evidence reveals it to be intentional, how should that
be handled? Should they be given a second chance?

The customer (the betting public) never has a second
chance on any given race. Whether it be Dave giving
Mike a hole, a horse getting a positive test, someone
caught in possession of illegal drugs or race fixing.

Intentional or unintentional, the customers never get
to come back to that race.

So how these issues are addressed and handled, will
always, let the customer know who's interest is at
heart. The odds of winning mean nothing, but
fairness to the customer means everything.
