Mr Mojo travels to Bluegrass Downs
4/9/07 Terry Cullipher for KyHarnessRacing.com

The Harness Horse Youth Foundation's summer
camp program is designed for young people between
the ages of 11 and 13 to experience harness racing
from the ground up. The camp is structured so that
the novice and the riding lesson student begin at the
same place – basic horse care.

KyHarnessRacing.com and The Harness Horse Youth
Foundation have made it possible for Mr. Mojo to
spend the next seven weeks, prepping for his
summer schedule, at Bluegrass Downs in Kentucky.

Mr. Mojo will be jogging or exercising on a daily basis
at Bluegrass Downs. He will be on exhibit at the
    track, once racing begins.

Mojo is simply the class clown. He
loves to be funny and do unexpected
tricks (like the time he decided to take
his hopples off by simply raising all
four feet at the same time while in the
cross ties!!). He smiles, he laughs, and
with his charming personality, he gets
by with the little stubborn streak he
sometimes exhibits. The "big man" on
campus, errrhhh in the HRYL stable!

Mojo will be under the care of nine year old, Madison
Cullipher. With the guidance and support of her dad,
Madison is looking forward to making sure Mojo gets
the treatment of a king. She is very excited and has
been all smiles with the arrival of Mojo. It is expected
that Mr. Mojo will be brushed several times a day.

    KyHarnessRacing.com hopes to share Madison's
enthusiasm and excitement for Mr. Mojo with other
youths in the community. We will keep you updated.

The Harness Horse Youth Foundation relies heavily
on the donations and contributions of many in order
to maintain and improve programs. If you wish to
help you can send your donation to: Harness Horse
Youth Foundation, 16575 Carey Road, Westfield, IN

Lowe's and James Sanders Nursery support
the Mr. Mojo exhibit
4/12/07 Terry Cullipher for KyHarnessRacing.com

As most of you know Mr. Mojo will be prepping for
his summer schedule at Bluegrass Downs.
KyHarnessRacing.com has made plans to have Mr.
Mojo on exhibit every Saturday between 12:30 and
1:30pm, for a fun and educational experience for
kids, along with their parents. Small giveaways are
    planned as well.

The exhibit was made possible with the help of
Lowe's and James Sanders Nursery. Jody McNight,
Store Manager of Lowe's agreed to provide over
$300 in material needed for the exhibit. Crystal
Sanders, President of James Sanders Nursery, the
largest nursery in Western Kentucky, agreed to
provide over $500 in the landscaping to go around
    the exhibit.

Crystal Sanders and Jody McKnight were both very
happy to participate in the event for kids.
