George:
"You need water? Where? In the paddock? Just tell Billy to

get some water."

Ronnie:
"No No No! George! We need water on the track. I need to
train a horse. And I want water on the track.

Ronnie:
"Yes Sir. But I want water on the track to train."

George:
"Ok Ronnie, Let me give Joe a call. And you will be

Trackman Baker:

Now we don't know any other part of that
conversation, but in short, Ronnie did not train his
    horse till after 5pm.

Also, it's about time that someone at THE MILE can
have some CONSISTENCY with the rules or
judgement. You have to RESPECT the Trackman for
    this call.

Hey if someone is going to give George a call about
something, how about a couple of fans in the
paddock for races 3,6,9,12.....or get rid of the sand
on the ramp to the track (that is 10 inches deep) and
replace it with some rock. Ronnie could you make
    that call? Would you, please?

"Uncle Bobby", "Edgar the Weatherman", "Davis Am I
in charge", and "Mack".........you guys call yourselves
leaders. Leaders lead by making the right decisions.
You all need more practice in that field. And YES...you
ALWAYS know when you are making the right
decision/call or not. The next time you need to make
a decision and don't have the GUTS to do the right
thing....I say to you so called leaders...go to "THE
TRACKMAN" Baker...He isn't SCARED to make the
    RIGHT decision.
