- 3rd GRADE EDUCATION
Currently we've heard about a Racing Official that is unable to work for ALLEGEDLY having been involved with
something to do with the reporting of a COGGINS TEST. I have been told it's an ongoing investigation. ONGOING.
Now let's see -- An OFFICIAL unable to work over a coggins test ---- a COGGINS TEST!! -- hmmm... Might I add for the
past two months or so.
For whatever reason, we have been unsuccessful in getting the whole story. So I can't tell you much about any of it.
BUT...........I CAN TELL YOU THIS!!!!!
What we do know is something ISN'T right here. You're probably thinking....Well -- What is it then? I can't answer that.
But I have been able to formulate it for you. We should refer to 3rd Graders more often.
- OFFICIAL + COGGINS + COMMISSION + ONGOING INVESTIGATION = Me having to take this information to a
3rd GRADE CLASSROOM to find the solution.
After reviewing the information, this is what 3rd GRADERS came up with:
- The 3rd GRADE CLASSROOM was split and came up with 2 different results.
- A. There must be MORE TO THE STORY than just something to do with a COGGINS TEST.
- OR
- B. The two guys on the racing commission need to be hauled off in STRAIGHT JACKETS.
