"If you're gonna sell Betty, what Betty buys, then you have to see it through Betty's eyes"
THE HOMER REPORT
"IIIIIII'M
WATCHING
YOU"
"EDGAR THE WEATHERMAN"

Please allow me to introduce the new weatherman.
Well.........he isn't new, really. He has been doing this
for years. But, the realization is new to me.

I was watching TV the other day and it hit me. Our
    weatherman!!!!!!!
    "EDGAR THE WEATHERMAN" He has
it made. He can never be wrong. He always covers his
TRACKS. That is what he does best.

    THINK ABOUT IT!!!!

    Weathermen are never held
    ACOUNTABLE.

    So...... "EDGAR THE WEATHERMAN"
can say just about anything and be right, because
when he says it, he will always cover his TRACKS, by
making sure he can never wrong, with the words he
chooses to use (JUST LIKE A WEATHERMAN).

EXAMPLE: When "Edgar the Weatherman" takes a
poll on what people want. The first thing he will do
is....He decides who to ask. So if "Edgar the
Weatherman" is looking for a "UNANIMOUS" or a
"MAJORITY" vote of YES. Then ole "Edgar the
Weatherman" will seek out 5 or 6 or more or less
people to ask. The main thing he is looking for is this:
Let's say "Edgar the Weatherman" is wanting a YES
vote or answer...then he will seek that answer out
by asking the people he KNOWS will answer the way
he wants....you get my drift here.

Is this intelligence? Not hardly. Is it PROPAGANDA?
    Absolutely.

So, the here is the question my friend has. Can
"Edgar the Weatherman" be trusted? Well, that
depends. What's in it for the Weatherman. That's for
    his listeners to decide.

Here is a statement and quote from.....     Just
remember, he may not recall saying any of this.
    "EDGAR THE WEATHERMAN".
"The weather today will be "Partly sunny, partly
cloudly, and as always there's a slight chance for rain.
The sun may not shine if it rains. And if the sun is
shinning bright, there may not be any clouds in the
sky. And if it is cloudy, the sun may not shine. This
has been "Edgar the Weatherman", giving you my
    view of the weather".

And there you have it folks...."Edgar the Weatherman".

    YOU don't
     want to go
        there.
